There are filters in photoshop for removing graininess. I think you can do it with "smart blur"-- might wanna play with it.

A cool image though. Please tell me what he's looking at.

I tried, but it really didn't help that much. Thanks for the info tho.

Well I intended it to be him looking at his impending doom. I wanted it to be some kind of fall out from a war, and some kind of poison gas. He should have the mask on, but I know Mr. Kovach would have been angry if I'd cover it up.
